Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Return of your Order

I value your custom and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your unused order, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the date you received your item(s).  To receive a refund, I must be notified using the Contact Me form within 14 days of receipt; items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging (or equivalent packaging).

You have a further 14 days from when you notified me that the order would be returned, to return the item(s).

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). I will refund your order (minus the original postal cost unless the items are faulty) once I’ve received and processed the returned item. This will be within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Cancellation of your Order

If, after making a purchase, you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Me as soon as possible.  You will receive a full refund immediately as long as your order has not been dispatched.  If your order has been dispatched but not reached its destination, you will receive your refund once your order has been returned to me as per the terms in the Return of your Order section above.

Personalised Items

These items may not be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or the personalisation differs to your original order.  Please Contact Me within 48 hours of receipt if there is a problem.  Replaced items will be replaced on a like for like basis, according to your original order (i.e. with no changes to the original order such as spelling or other amendments).

Seconds Packs

These items are sold with errors and faults, at a reduced rate and are not covered by the standard Return and Cancellation terms.

Digital Downloads

These items are not covered by the standard Return and Cancellation terms.

Please Note: Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above.  You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. I cannot refund items that have been damaged whilst in transit due to improper packaging.

In the event of any conflict with the above, the Terms and Conditions of this website takes website take precedent.
